Kobe Wine Wagyu Beef
Kobe Wine Beef is a full blood Japanese Wagyu raised on a micro farm (Hikami Farm) in the Hyogo prefecture.
Known for it’s unique flavour and rich aroma, Kobe Beef Wine Beef is fed with grape lees (a bi-product of the local wine production).
Grape lees are added to the homemade feed to improve the nutrition balance, taste and overall health of the cattle.
